About Me

Thanks for visiting my blog! I started this originally with no real direction or sole purpose in mind, but now about a year after I

started it I have a little clearer picture.

I go alot of places, I do

alot of things. Writing and saving/sharing photos and stories are both passions of mine so I thought what better way to express this than to keep a blog.

I am currently in the pursuit of full-time entry-level opportunities in the Public Relations & Marketing industry and am open to relocation outside of  Seattle.

A little background info (if you really WANNA know)

I recently finished an internship at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide in Bellevue, WA where I had the amazing opportunity to learn the ropes of what it is like to work for an international integrated communications agency.

I’m a graduate of the University of Washington with a double major in Communications & Sociology

and a minor in Diversity. I’m a Seattle native and graduate of Mt. Rainer High School in Des Moines, WA and is the middle of three children. I graduated a 3.3 overall GPA and was consistently recognized on the university dean’s list.

At the University of Washington I served as a student ambassador for the university, providing campus tours and mentorship for prospective UW students. Working as a student caller for the UW’s Alumni Association  I helped

 to fundraise for various university departments and resources. Other positions of leadership secretary for The Black Student Union and President of Sisterhood from 2009-2010.

I love watching movies, exercising, fashion, marketing, blogging (obviously), toying with social media, PR, music in most genres, baking, party planning and damn near anything that contributes to a positive energy. I love to travel and have studied abroad in many countries such as Tahiti, Argentina and my most recent 2011 trip to Barbados.
